Overview

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing design team and help shape engaging digital experiences across a diverse portfolio of brands and platforms. In this role, you will contribute to the creative process from concept through execution, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, user-centered design solutions across websites, email campaigns, and other digital touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is confident translating ideas into polished interfaces, taking projects from wireframes and design exploration through final execution. You have a strong eye for visual design, a solid understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to balance brand consistency, user needs, and digital best practices to create impactful work.

This position reports to a Senior UI Designer or Design Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute UX/UI design for digital projects including websites, landing pages, emails, and banners
  • Translate wireframes and strategy into intuitive, beautiful, and accessible interfaces
  • Contribute to the evolution of brand systems and design libraries across projects
  • Collaborate with copywriters, developers, project managers, and strategists to align on project goals and timelines
  • Present your work internally with clarity and rationale; incorporate feedback into thoughtful revisions

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or digital design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing modern, user-centered digital design
  • Fluency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid understanding of layout, type, color, hierarchy, and responsive design
  • Experience designing for both desktop and mobile
  • Strong communication skills, you can clearly articulate your design decisions
  • Comfortable working independently and managing timelines
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Webflow, motion tools (e.g. After Effects, Lottie), or front-end dev basics
