About us

At Moon Rabbit, growth isn't just a goal—it's a reality. We're expanding our core business with a team of remarkable talent, driving us forward every day. Our partnerships span a diverse range, particularly in healthcare, where we collaborate with leading industry names and innovative startups alike. Beyond healthcare, we’re proud to work with organizations committed to advancing society and making a lasting impact. Together, we’re shaping a better future.

We’re Blended – we’ve mixed some of the very best people in healthcare with people who have done their most stellar work in consumer. We have discipline and imagination in equal measure. We have PhDs and high school dropouts, media-first digital natives and old school idea-first strategists. We're a giant bag of cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds that make a beautiful sound when they play together.

We’re Bright – the work might look effortless, but the thinking that shaped it is really smart. We’re constantly on the lookout for the real problem, the real opportunity, the thing that, if solved, will change things. We work hard to get intimate with the areas we are playing in because there’s no meaningful insight without intimacy.

We're in search of Brilliant – our formula for success is simple. Bring a diverse bunch of brilliantly talented, collaborative, interesting people together. Give them the tools that they need to do their jobs. Treat them right, pay them right, give them a stake in success, and watch the business fly.

What we’re looking for in you

  • Be You – bring yourself to work and to the work that you do.
  • Be Ambitious – bring a desire to excel and to win, a desire to push yourself and your teammates to create the very best work, and fight for the work you believe in.
  • Be Curious – dig deep and outright care more. Don't ask if it's good enough, ask if it's great enough.
  • Be Invested – in your clients’ success, sweat the small things and behave as partners, not providers.
  • Be Collaborative – we’re a group of people all on the same path, looking to do things better (and do better things), together.

If all of that sounds like the sort of company you’d like to keep, then carry on reading.

Overview

The Role

‍

The Group Copy Supervisor is a senior creative leader responsible for shaping the voice, ideas, and creative quality of the brands they lead.

‍

You'll be a writer, thinker, mentor, presenter, problem-solver, and creative partner. You'll work closely with art directors, strategists, account leaders, medical partners, and clients to turn complicated science and business challenges into simple, powerful ideas.

‍

This is still a hands-on creative role. You'll concept. You'll write. You'll edit. You'll present. But you'll also make everyone around you better—helping writers sharpen their thinking, teams push beyond the expected, and clients recognize the power of a great idea.

‍

Above all, you'll help us create work we're proud to put Moon Rabbit's name on.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Create great work

  • Lead concept and copy development across one or more healthcare brands, from big campaign platforms to individual executions.
  • Develop strategically sound, original ideas that can live across channels and audiences.
  • Write and oversee copy for HCP, patient, caregiver, consumer, and other healthcare audiences as appropriate.
  • Translate complex clinical and scientific information into communications that are clear, compelling, memorable, and human.
  • Partner closely with art directors and designers from concept through execution. We believe the best work comes from true creative partnership—not copy handing something off to art or vice versa.
  • Push beyond the first answer. Recognize when an idea is merely correct and when it has the potential to be great.
  • Protect the integrity of an idea as it moves from presentation through production and MLR.

Engage in Presentation

  • Present creative work clearly, persuasively, and with conviction.
  • Explain not only what the idea is, but why it is the right idea.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and become someone they look to for creative and strategic counsel.
  • Participate in brand planning, creative briefs, market research, workshops, new business, and other high-level client conversations.
  • Navigate medical, legal, and regulatory feedback constructively, looking for ways to preserve the power of the idea while maintaining scientific accuracy and compliance.

Lead the team

  • Manage, mentor, and develop copywriters at multiple levels.
  • Provide clear, thoughtful feedback that makes both the work and the writer stronger.
  • Set a high creative bar while creating an environment where people feel comfortable bringing forward unfinished, unconventional, and ambitious ideas.
  • Partner with creative leadership to identify growth opportunities for team members and provide meaningful career guidance.
  • Help manage workload, priorities, and resources across the copy team.
  • Be generous with what you know. Raise the creative consciousness of the people around you.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of professional copywriting experience, with significant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences advertising.
  • Experience operating at the Copy Supervisor, Group Copy Supervisor, or equivalent senior creative level.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking—not simply well-written tactics.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and the ability to work confidently with scientific and clinical information.
  • Experience developing both branded and unbranded communications; HCP and patient/consumer experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience creating integrated work across digital, social, video, print, CRM, websites, experiential, and emerging channels.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional requirements and the medical/legal/regulatory review process.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead brands and supervise other writers.
  • Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
  • Strong editing skills and an obsessive eye for language, logic, consistency, and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, teams, and deadlines without sacrificing the quality of the work.
  • Curiosity about healthcare, culture, technology, AI, creativity, and what comes next.
